Meet our CEO

CEO"What began as a dream of acquiring financial distressed healthcare facilities has expanded to financially distressed companies in all market segments. Over the last five years, Pacer Corporation has demonstrated our ability to raise capital to pursue acquisitions and to rise to the challenges of owning, operating, and turning around distressed facilities across multiple market segments. We have successfully acquired and restructured seven non-urban healthcare facilities, a staffing company, and a distribution and logistics company with six locations. Our success has been the result of remaining true to our company vision, the dedication of our management team, and a business model based on acquiring facilities in niche markets.

My vision in founding this Company was to assist businesses on the brink of closure and provide sound business and management concepts to help them succeed.. Our ability to fulfill my vision and assure the success of Pacer is possible because of the abundance of talent and experience we harness within our employees. I believe that our success speaks through the strength of our management and staff and the ability to capitalize on opportunities as they present themselves.

None of this would be possible without the dedication of our employees and staff who care about the customers we serve. I am proud of the dedication and commitment of our employees who continuously go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the success of our healthcare and logistics divisions and our Company. We could not ask for a better group of individuals.
We are excited about the future development of our Company and look forward to exceeding your expectations."
