Calcasieu Oaks is a 24-bed psychiatric behavioral health center that provides short-term in-patient and out-patient care to individuals with emotional and behavioral disorders. The psychiatric hospital assesses the mental health and medical status of adults and geriatric patients.

Psychiatric services include: medication management; individual, group and family counseling; occupation, speech, physical, pet, and expressive therapies. The center is provider based to South Cameron Memorial Hospital.
